The anti-amyloid beta antibody 3H3 is a naturally occuring human IgG that can recognize a conformational epitope. The specific antibody can be used in the treatment of Alzheimer's Disease, family Danish dementia and other amyloid diseases.

Antibody binding curves for 3H3 demonstrate the antibody's low nM reactivity with plate-immobilized Aconformers, 2-fold weaker binding to the monomeric peptide.
