This recombinant primary antibody exhibits a strong binding affinity to mouse msln. The calculated molecular weight of the protein is 70 kDa, whereas the observed molecular weight ranges between 40 and 70 kDa. For western blotting applications, the recommended dilution is 1/500 to 1/1000, while for immunoprecipitation, a dilution of 1/20 is suggested.
