Recombinant Mouse Anti-Mbp Soluble TCR (172.1) (C-Cys)

Mouse TCR (172.1) recognizes Mbp peptide (ASQKRPSQRSK + ACET(A1)) in the context of H2-IAu. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
