Mouse Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0519-FY-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0519-FY-S(P))
This scFv fragment was engineered from an antibody clone against the human CD274 protein. Its full-length antibody was derived from a hybridoma cell line that secretes a CD274-specific monoclonal antibody. The blockage of PD-1/PD-L1 binding by this scFv fragment antibody was tested in ELISA with a good result compared with the control antibody. This product was expressed in a mammalian system, purified by affinity purification, and went through strict quality control.
