Human Anti-MSTN Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0660-WJ) (CAT#: HPAB-0660-WJ)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes MSTN. It specifically binds to Growth and Differentiation Factor-8 (GDF8) and blocks GDF8 activity. This antibody exhibits strong binding to GDF8 but no binding to GDF11. It can produce significant increases in muscle mass when administered to mice over a range of doses.
