This product is a recombinant human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes MSTN. GDF-8 binding by the humanized antibody scFv fragment was analyzed using quantitative ELISA and surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The ability of the anti-GDF-8 antibody to neutralize GDF-8 mediated signaling was confirmed using a reporter gene assay.
