lnterleukin-1 beta (IL-1B), also known as catabolin, is a cytokine protein. IL-1B is a member of the interleukin 1 family of cytokines.
This antibody binds to human, cynomolgus, rabbit, rat, and mouse IL-1beta and inhibits the interaction between IL-1beta and the human IL-1 receptors I and II. This antibody binds mouse IL-1B with a binding affinity of Kd= 0.49 nM.
