Recombinant Mouse Anti-IL1B Detection Antibody (clone 1B3) (CAT#: VS3-WK1673)
This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human IL1B. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 5A11 and 1B3. The clone 1B3 can be used in ELISA analysis as a detection antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human IL1B protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgG3a.
