This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated APP. The target of this antibody is phospho-APP (Thr743). The clone R07-4D0 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of APP (pThr743) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 100 kDa.
