The screening is carried out to obtain the anti-human PD-L1 humanized monoclonal antibody with favorable specificity, higher affinity and higher stability. The antibody can be specifically combined with human PD-L1, can not be combined with B7 family members, can be combined with activated T cells to enhance the cell activation effect, and has obvious inhibiting actions on tumor growth.
