Mouse Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-M0455-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0455-YC-S(P))
This product is a mouse scFv fragment of an antibody that can bind specifically to PDL-1, and can effectively block the binding of PD-1 to PDL-1. This scFv antibody was originally selected from a large non-immune phage library that displayed repertoires of human origin. This product was expressed in a mammalian system, purified by affinity purification, and went through strict quality control.
