Human Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-M0463-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0463-YC-S(P))
This product is a recombinant human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes CD274. This scFv antibody was originally selected from a large non-immune phage library displaying the repertoire of human origin. Its full-length antibody could stimulate cytokine production of activated T cells and inhibit the tumor growth in animal models. The product was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
