This product is a recombinant human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes CD274. The binding kinetics of its full-length antibody against human and monkey PD-L1 were tested by SPR with the KD values of 0.9 nM and 0.6 nM respectively. Its full-length antibody could inhibit the binding of PD-1 and PD-L1+ cells with an IC₅₀ value of 0.2 μg/ml. This product was expressed in a mammalian system, purified by affinity purification, and went through strict quality control.
