Human Anti-F8 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0524-YC29)

The antibody binds to C1 and C2 regions of FVIII that interact with the FVIII-binding protein VWF. This antibody clone was shown to be a type 1 inhibitor and showed clear concentration-dependent inhibition of porcine FVIII with IC₅₀ values of 5.2 nmol/L and of human FVIII with IC₅₀ values of 2.89 nmol/L.
