Rabbit Anti-CD40 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0723-WK278) (CAT#: VS-0723-WK278)
This product is a rabbit IgG antibody that recognizes human CD40, which is found to be necessary for amyloid-beta-induced microglial activation, and thus is thought to be an early event in Alzheimer disease pathogenesis. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry (1/100) and ELISA (1/5000-1/10000) assays.
