Mouse Anti-EGFR Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-326MZ-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-326MZ-F(E))

This product is a recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes EGFR (Epidermal growth factor receptor, also known as ErbB-1, HER1). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody IgG version is a novel anti-EGFR specific antibody that was raised against cells expressing the de2-7 EGFR. It binds the de2-7 EGFR and a subset of the wt EGFR. Its epitope is only exposed in a conformational form of the EGFR. The antibody has exhibited a potent anti-tumor activity with no targeting of normal tissues.
