The Rabbit Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human CD274. CD274, as an inhibitory ligand, affects immune cell activity and cytokine production, instrumental in cancer prognosis through mechanisms preventing autoimmunity and facilitating tumor escape. The anti-CD274 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
