Bispecific antibodies have been proven to be effective as therapeutic agents due to their ability to target two different antigens simultaneously. According to the differences in structure, BsAbs can be classified into five groups, among which bispecific antibody conjugates are formed by utilizing chemical conjugation of antibody or antibody fragment.
