Mouse Anti-CD4 Recombinant Antibody (clone B4); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0792-CN-S(P))
This is a mouse scFv antibody exhibits a high affinity for CD4. The antibody maintains the specificity of the murine mAb (cat# HPAB-0792-CN) for a receptor complex that involves CD4 on the surface of host T cells. Additionally, the antibody retains the characteristic ability of mAb (cat# HPAB-0792-CN) to neutralize primary isolates of HIV. The recognition of CD4 by the scfv occurs through a CD4 extracellular region binding site located on the CDR2-like loop in domain 1.
